Proverbs 18:22

Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

Genesis 2:18,24

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Proverbs 31:10-12

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

Matthew 19:5-6

Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

1 Corinthians 7:11-12

But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.

Proverbs 10:12

Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-6
