Proverbs 18:22

Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

Ephesians 5:22-24

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

1 Peter 3:1-6

Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

Proverbs 31:10-31

Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Proverbs 12:4

A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.

Proverbs 5:18-19

Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

Proverbs 14:1

Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.

Proverbs 19:14

House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD.
