"It's Time For REVIVAL"
May 9-13, 2007
Note: This is the third page of reports for the revival that took place May 9-13 at Family Harvest Church. Some pages will contain a report for one night of Revival, and some pages may contain reports for more than one night at a time.
Saturday, May 12
On Saturday night of the Revival, we were
blessed to welcome two more ministers
to Family Harvest Church for the first time.
Evangelist Ray and Trish Ammons of
Louisville, Kentucky, and Minister John
and Dianne Robinson, also from
Louisville, Kentucky.
The service was opened in Praise and
Worship by Deacon Shane Hawkins, and
Pastor Chad Carter ministered receiving
the offering.
Following offering time, Minister John
Robinson was introduced to come and
bless the congregation in song. Brother
Robinson has a tremendous anointing
upon him, and brought high-energy praise
upon the lips of those present. What a gift
he has for ministering in song!
Following Brother Robinson's ministry in
music, Pastor Carter introduced
Evangelist Ray Ammons to the platform.
Brother Ammons ministered a wonderful
word from the Lord concerning "the door,"
and the door, of course, being Jesus
Christ. He also ministered on the keys of
the Kingdom of God, which were given to
unlock various closed doors in our lives.
Following his ministry of the Word, the
Gifts of the Spirit began to flow and many
received wonderful words from the Lord.
We were blessed to have a visiting pastor
and his wife present for this night of
Revival. Brother Ammons called out the
pastor's wife and gave a word that her feet
were being healed. This was this
couple's first visit to Family Harvest
Church. No one was aware of her
problem in her feet, but as she left the
building, she testified that the pain in her
feet was completely gone!
Many others received words from the Lord
and healings in their bodies. What a
great night of Revival!
Sunday, May 13
Sunday morning brought about the final
service of Revival. Deacon Shane
Hawkins opened the morning with praise
and worship, and Elder Darryl Madden
ministered receiving the offering.
Pastor Chad Carter was introduced to the
platform and he gave a word that the Lord
had given him from Isaiah 45.
As he ministered, the presence of the
Lord was felt in a mighty way! He spoke
on the subject of hidden riches in secret
places from Isaiah 45. Little did he know,
that the Lord had given the guest
evangelist, Brother Ammons, a message
for the morning that dealt specifically with
the subject of "blessing in darkness."
Minister John Robinson ministered in
music, and the presence of the Holy Spirit
descended in a mighty way. At the
conclusion of his ministry, Pastor Carter
came to the platform in tears, unable to
carry on the service. Brother Robinson
was invited to return to the platform under
the tremendous anointing that was
present. As he did, a blanket of God's
glory seemed to fall. Brother Robinson
left the platform and ministered
individually as God directed him.
Pastor Carter layed prostrate in the floor
as the power of God swept through the
congregation. Many were touched and
blessed in this moment.
Brother Ammons came to the platform
and blew the shofar seven times. Then
he began to minister his message from
the Lord concerning your blessing that is
hidden in the darkness of your life. This
was confirmation of the Word the Lord
had spoken through Pastor Carter from
Isaiah 45.
Following his message, Brother Ammons
again began to flow in the Gifts of the
Spirit, giving Words of Knowledge and ministering in the Gift of Healing. One brother testified that God had touched his aching shoulder at the moment Brother Ammons spoke it, and he was not feeling the pain he had been experiencing for days!
When Pastor Carter returned to the platform to close the service, the Holy Ghost moved upon Elder Eunice Madden who came forward and exhorted the congregation with a Word the Lord had given her from the book of Matthew.
She testified that what God spoke today was the same thing He spoke to her at home, and recalled that it was the same thing Pastor Rod Parsley had spoken a few Sundays earlier when Pastor Carter and some from Family Harvest visited World Harvest Church in Columbus, Ohio.
Pastor Carter confirmed the consistency of what the Spirit had spoken through Pastor Parsley at World Harvest, here in the pulpit of Family Harvest through his own preaching, and now through the ministry of Brother Ammons as well.
This Revival proved to be a strength and encouragement to the congregation of Family Harvest Church.
